Trifold Futon

 Trifold
futon frames require that the futon mattress fold in thirds, either
over the back of the frame as shown on the left or underneath itself
on the seat.
Because
the mattress must fold in thirds, it has to be thinner than the
thick, overstuffed mattresses used on Bifold or Loveseat futon frames.
These thicker mattresses will not stay folded in thirds on the trifold
frame.
We
offer two futon mattresses specifically designed for trifold futon
frames:
- Wool
Jr. - a thinner version of the Wool Deluxe,
it has an imported New Zealand Wool top layer for insulation properties.
- Premium
- A great simple futon with one layer of high density foam for
longevity.
