Coventry Futon Frame Dimensions
Dimensions
are for the futon frame in the couch position. All measurements
are in inches. Width (w) is from the outside of the left
arm to outside of the right arm. Height (h) is from the floor to
the Top of the back of the mattress (behind your head). Depth (d)
is from the front of the mattress to the back of the frame. Height
and Depth are not absolute measurements: the thickness of the futon
mattress and the way it is positioned on the frame can have minor
effects on these measurements.

Why are our
hardwood and domestic frames better than imported Asian frames?
Unfortunately, the futon industry has been flooded with cheap imports --
and poorly made domestic frames -- which do not have the workmanship, attention
to detail, or quality components that can be found on the better domestic and
European frames. We've been selling futon frames for 15 years, and through trial
and error we have discovered which futon frames are built well enough to withstand
the stress of converting from couch to bed and back for years to come. Click
