Free Shipping?

All the prices on our website include shipping directly to your door. But we won't lie to you by claiming it's free.

Does UPS ship for free? Does FedEx ship for free? Do any trucking companies offer free shipping?

Of course they don't.

Futon frames and mattresses are heavy, bulky items. A good quality futon frame will weigh over 100 pounds and a high-quality mattress over 50.

These items do not ship for free. They are expensive to ship.

For that reason, we don't make untrue "Free Shipping" claims, when in reality the shipping cost is built into the price of the item.

We tell you up front that the cost of our products includes the cost of shipping and handling, but we will never lie to you and pretend that its free.

We know this violates those "rules" of marketing where you need to scream "FREE!" at the customer in order to get them to buy. But we felt our customers could handle the truth and make intelligent decisions based on the quality of our products.

It's also good for our karma.
