offers a 100% guarantee on all of our products for defects in workmanship
and construction (not including normal wear and tear) and in case

Our
Lifetime Futon Frame & Platform Bed Guarantee
We
will repair or replace any part that breaks or malfunctions as long
as you own your futon frame or platform bed. This
guarantee covers defects in materials and labor - normal wear and
tear is excepted. This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser.
WebFuton.com shall elect whether to repair or replace the part in
question. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. Frames
are not guaranteed for commercial use.

Mattresses are warranted by the manufacturing company for either
5 years (cotton & foam mattresses) or 10 years (cotton-less
futons). You can read about the warranty and which mattresses are

The Futon Mattresses we sell are not returnable due to Massachusetts
state law.

Covers & Throw Pillows
All futon covers are special orders, made to order at the manufacturer
specifically for your order, and are therefore not returnable.

Frames and Platform Beds
To return a Futon Frame or Platform Bed, the customer must pay for return shipping to our warehouse (WebFuton.com, 4 Industrial Pkwy., Easthampton, MA 01027).
Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in a re-sellable condition, we will refund the cost of the item less a 15% re-stocking fee and our shipping.

Any special orders are not returnable.
