Fabulous is a great basic handmade futon. 2
layers of 2 3/4" inch of high density (1.8 lb.) foam and 4
batts of a 50/50 blend of premium cotton and high-loft poly give
it long lasting comfort and support.
Works well as a couch or a bed.

Daily Use Lifespan: 5-7 years. All of our cotton & foam
mattresses use a blend of premium cotton and high-loft poly and
only 1.8 high density foam in order to avoid the problems associated
with traditional cotton futons (hardness, lumpiness, loss of loft
and 'bottoming out'). They are designed to retain their comfort
for years longer than any traditional futon mattress.
